The meeting included an exchange of views on the general elections in Kosovo on 6 October 2019 and the political and economic situation in Kosovo and on its relations with the EU:
- Mr Andrey KOVATCHEV, Member of the European Parliament, Head of the EP Delegation to the legislative elections in Kosovo,
- H.E. Mr Bernard NIKAJ, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to the Kingdom of Belgium,
- Ms Mary-Teresa Moran, Deputy Head of Unit, North Macedonia and Kosovo, DG Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations, EC, and
- Ms Elsa FENET, Head of Division 'Western Balkans' in the EEAS.
And an exchange of views on the political and economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and on its relations with the EU:
- H.E. Ms Emina MERDAN, Ambassador‑Head of the Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the EU,
- Ms Michela MATUELLA, Head of Unit for Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the EC, and
- Ms Elsa FENET, Head of Division 'Western Balkans' in the EEAS.
