The EU-Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) held its fourth meeting in Strasbourg, on 17-18 January 2018, under the co-chairmanship of Mr Memli KRASNIQI, Chairman of the Kosovo Delegation and Mr Tonino PICULA, Chairman of the European Parliament Delegation.
The Committee addressed the following subjects:

- State of play of EU-Kosovo relations;
- Conduct of recent elections and recommendations to follow;
- Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia;
- War crimes and a way towards reconciliation;
- Developments in economy, including functioning of the SAA;
- Rule of law, with focus on fight with organised crime;
- Protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, with focus on domestic violence and situation of Roma;
- European Parliament's pre-accession assistance to national parliaments.
No joint declaration and recommendations could be adopted due to the lack of agreement on the issue of Specialist Chambers and the recent initiative within the Kosovo Assembly in this regard.
